Avv. Diego del Corral

 

Diego del Corral joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro as a qualified lawyer in September 2022. He has been admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2022.

He earned a “Laurea Magistrale a Ciclo Unico in Giurisprudenza” (J.D. equivalent) cum laude at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan, defending a dissertation in Market and Financial Law, on the reform of Italian Popular Banks.
He is currently a Ph.D. Student in Law at the University of Lausanne, where he is carrying out research on Banking Law, Risk Governance and Cooperative Banking. He is also a Teaching Assistant of Corporate Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan. He is author of publications available in the dedicated section of this website.

Diego has a professional knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
