Avv. Diego del Corral

 

Diego del Corral joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro as a qualified lawyer in September 2022. 

 

He was admitted to the Bar of Milan in September 2022.

He earned a “Laurea Magistrale a Ciclo Unico in Giurisprudenza” (J.D. equivalent) cum laude at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan, defending a dissertation in Market and Financial Law, on the reform of Italian Popular Banks.

He is currently a Ph.D. Student in Law at the University of Lausanne. He is also a Teaching Assistant of Corporate Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan. He is carrying out research activity in the fields of company law, with particular emphasis on the abuse of majority and conflict of interest.

 

He has gained significant experience in the fields of company and succession law, by assisting Italian and foreign clients in a number of important transactions, and complex cases before Italian Courts of Law.
