The Law Offices of Avvocato Spolidoro were established in 1951 by Avvocato Yorick Spolidoro, a pioneer in the internationalization of the legal services in Italy. Since its inception, the Firm’s activity focused mainly on the fields of Company Law and Commercial Law, of Intellectual Property Law and of Foreign Investments in the Country.

In the course of many years, the Firm represented several qualified Italian Clients, as well as some of the major US, Japanese, English and German multinationals. In recent times, Chinese and Indian Clients also engaged the Firm.

Nowadays, the partners of the Firm are Avvocato Sergio R. Spolidoro and Professor Marco S. Spolidoro, the latter full professor of Intellectual Property Law and Lecturer of Advanced Commercial Law in the Law Faculty of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.

A few skilful professionals, some of whom contribute with their autonomous experience gained elsewhere, while others have been formed in the Firm and cooperate with Professor Spolidoro in his academic activity, assist the Partners.
