Avv. Amelia Spolidoro, Ph.D.

 

In January 2020, she joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro and shortly thereafter graduated magna cum laude in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2022. Her professional practice focuses mainly on Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law.

 

She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Università degli Studi di Milano, where in 2024 she earned a Ph.D. in Civil Law, defending a dissertation entitled “Il contratto turbato: una prospettiva rimediale”. She collaborates with the Chairs of Civil Law and Private Law Institutions and is a lecturer for the Private Law Institutions Seminars at the same University. She is the author of academic papers and case notes; a list of her publications is available in the dedicated section of this website.

 

She has a professional knowledge of English and advanced knowledge of German. 

She studied in Germany in 2017–2018 (Erasmus program – Goethe Univeristät, Frankfurt am Main) and in 2024 (Visiting Researcher – Max Planck Institut, Hamburg).
