Avv. Sergio Rurik Spolidoro

 

Born in 1955, Milan (Italy). In 1978 he graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. He obtained an M.C.L. (1980) from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville (U.S.A.). Admitted to the Bar of Milan, 1982, and to plead before the Supreme Court, 1996. Partner of Studio Avvocato Spolidoro since 1985, he wrote several articles and comments  in the field of commercial law and of tax law. He mainly deals with company law and commercial law.
