Information on the processing of personal data


pursuant to the effects of Reg.UE 2016/679 (GDPR)


(European regulation on the protection of personal data)

Dear Sirs and Madams,


in relation to your personal data, of which STUDIO AVVOCATO SPOLIDORO - Professional Association (Via F.
Daverio, 6 - 20122 Milan, PECmail studio.avv.spolidoro@sicurezzapostale.it , hereinafter "the Firm") will come into possession with the assignment of your file, we inform you of the following:

 


1. Consent to data processing
By conferring a professional assignment to the Firm, the interested party expresses his/her consent to the processing of data within the scope of the purposes and methods referred to above, to the extent that such consent is required by law.
In particular, the consent concerns the acquisition of personal data and the communication of data to third parties, as
indicated in this statement. This consent is valid until revoked in writing, to be sent by registered mail with
acknowledgment of receipt or certified e-mail (see above address).

 


2. Purpose of data processing.
The treatment is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received by the
Firm, both in judicial and out-of-court matters.

 


3. Methods of data processing.
a) The processing can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools;
b) the treatment is carried out by the Data Controller (see point 9.) and/or by the persons in charge of the treatment.

 

 

4. Provision of data.
The provision of common, sensitive and judicial personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the
activities referred to in point 1.

 

 

5. Refusal to provide data.
Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 3 will make it impossible to
carry out the activities referred to in point 1.

 

 

6. Data communication.
Personal data may come to the attention of the persons in charge of the treatment and may be communicated for the
purposes referred to in point 1 to external collaborators, subjects operating in the judicial sector, to counterparties and
their defenders, to arbitration panels and, in general, to all those public and private subjects to whom the communication
is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
Data processing will also take place for the purposes set out in the anti-money laundering legislation in force.

8. Dissemination of data.
Other than the above, personal data are not subject to disclosure, in particularly to non-Eu Countries or to international
organizations.

 

 

9. Rights of the interested party.

The interested party has specific rights, including that of obtaining from the owner confirmation of the existence or
otherwise of their personal data and their making available in an intelligible form; the interested party has the right to
know the origin of the data, the purpose and methods of the treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the
identification details of the owner and the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also
has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous
form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate
reasons, the processing of data except in cases of mandatory processing of data expressly provided for by current laws.
The interested party is entitled to withdraw his/her consent at any time; according to art. 13.2, lett.c) of the GDPR, such
withdrawal will not jeopardize the lawfulness of the treatment, based on a consent expressed before the withdrawal
It should be noted that also for the purposes of anti-money laundering legislation, the data relating to services falling
within the aforementioned legislative framework will be kept for ten years from the completion of the service.
