Dott. Marco Butteri

​

Marco Butteri joined Studio Spolidoro in December 2022 after previous work experiences in another law firm and in the investment banking sector both in Milan and in London.

​

He graduated in law at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart at Piacenza in 2009 with a dissertation titled “The code of conduct of listed companies: between business ethics and possible binding nature”.

He graduated also in Economics and Business management in 2021 with a dissertation titled “The recognition of financial instruments: the case of Alexandria and Santorini derivatives in the financial statements of Monte dei Paschi di Siena”.

He attended in 2022 the Master in “Crisis, Insolvency, over-indebteness” at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and in 2023 he attended the Master in “Tax law” at training school IPSOA.
