Avv. Giorgio Battisti

Giorgio Battisti was born in Piacenza and graduated in 1997 from the State University of Parma. He obtained his call to the Bar in 2000. The same year he joined the Piacenza Bar and, since 2015, he is enrolled with the special Register or Lawyers admitted to plead before the highest Courts. Before his call to the Bar he carried out a portion of his legal training at a renowned English-Italian firm in London.

He has been "expert in the field of commercial law" at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza and he authored several publications concerning commercial law.

He joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro in the year 2000 and he gained a significant experience in the fields of company and commercial law, industrial property and civil law, both in litigation and out-of-court, by assisting Italian and foreign prime Clients in important company law transactions and in complex cases before ordinary as well as arbitration Courts. He speaks fluent English. He loves sports and practices daily jogging. He drives a motorcycle and is a sommelier.
