Avv. Marco Bellia
Marco Bellia, born in 1984, is currently Post-doc Researcher in Business Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and Contract Professor of Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the University of Verona.
After his graduation in Law cum laude at the Catholic University of Milan, in 2012 he was admitted to the Bar of Milan and in 2015 he received is PhD in Law and Economics from LUISS University of Rome. As a PhD candidate, he was Visiting Researcher at the Columbia University of New york (2013) and Scholarship Holder at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in munich (2014). As a trainee, he also worked at the Italian Competition Authority in Roma (2011).
He joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro in February 2017 and he advises clients, both in litigation and arbitration, in the field of corporate law, competition law, and IP law. He is fluent in English.
