Avv. Amelia Spolidoro

 

Amelia Spolidoro joined Studio Avvocato Spolidoro as a trainee lawyer in January 2020 and was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2022.
In September 2021 she ranked first among applicants to the XXXVII Phd cycle at Università degli Studi di Milano (diritto comparato, privato, processuale civile e dell'impresa). The main focus of her Phd research is civil law, Professor Gregorio Gitti being her tutor.
Amelia is a teaching assistant to Professor Christian Romeo in his private law course since September 2020 (teaching and organising seminars, examining students). She assists Professor Gregorio Gitti examining students in civil law since December 2021. 
She is the author of academic papers and case notes.
 
A list of all her publications is available in the dedicated section of this website. Amelia graduated cum laude in July 2020 at Università degli Studi di Milano, with a thesis in private law titled “Contractual Duties and Freedom of the Sponsee”. 
 
She received an Erasmus scholarship to attend Goethe Univeristät in Frankfurt am Main in Winter semester 2017-2018. Amelia has a professional knowledge of English and advanced knowledge of German.
